Asset Management

Great-West Investments, has named Robert G. Capone as Senior Vice President of Sales and Jeremy Hersch as Vice President of Participatory Advisory Services. Mr. Capone replaces Lee Stevens, who moved to T. Rowe Price in March. Mr. Hersch takes over from Bridget Witzeman.


Former Credit Suisse executive Guy Cirillo has joined Quantitative Brokers as new Head of Partnership Sales.  The role, will concentrate on proactive business development and product development initiatives with QB’s strategic partners. He will be based in their New York headquarters, and reports to Alastair Hawker, Head of North America sales.


UBS Asset Management has hired Terry Jones as Head of Product Strategy and Innovation a new position at the firm. Mr. Jones will start today and takes responsibility for designing, implementing and overseeing new investment strategies as well as driving their existing offerings. He will also look after the pricing and investment performance analytics teams. 


Stephanie de Saint-Marcq (Geake) has been appointed Head of Asset Management at Rothschild Bank Switzerland replacing Gil Platteau, who has left the firm. Ms. de Saint-Marcq will report to bank CEO Laurent Gagnebin.


Banking

Rohan Singh, looks set to join BNY Mellon as Head of their securities servicing business in Asia Pacific. he recently left Northern Trust Corporation where he was Head of Singapore and Southeast Asia since September 2015. 


Hedge Funds

Omar Gzouli, a Managing Director at Barclays has joined Chris Rokos’ hedge fund in London, in another senior win for the fast-growing Rokos Capital Management.


IBD / Capital Markets

Bryce Thompson and Bob Herbert, two senior bankers at Morgan Stanley, Australia have been appointed in new roles as head of ECM and head of fixed income capital markets, both new positions.


Adam Lennen, Capital Markets Banker at Credit Suisse has  had his role expanded with the additional responsibility of  leading the firm’s Melbourne-based investment banking team alongside his current portfolio as co-Head of Equity Capital Markets for Australia.


Ben Davies has been named Head of Metals and Mining EMEA by Bank of America Merrill Lynch.


Private Banking / Wealth Management

Raymond James has poached two senior advisors, Sandy Martin and Kirstin Walker  from Merrill Lynch, with a view of better serving their female clients.


Merrill Lynch hired adviser Cathy Reed from JP Morgan.


Private Equity / Direct Investment

Grace Kim, the former Arsenal Capital Partners executive has been hired Pine Brook Partners as a Principal on their investor relations team.
