Scott Chan has joined California State Teachers’ Retirement System as Deputy Chief Investment Officer (Americas).

Russell Investments has appointed Bob Hostetter as Global Head of Product (Americas).

David Christopher has joined Nuveen as MD, Defined Contribution Investment-Only Institutional Sales. He joins from JPMorgan.

Christine Schneider and Greg Weissman have joined the Consultant Relations team at Jennison Associates (Americas). They join from UBS and Putnam Investments respectively.

QMA has appointed Lee Shapcott as Global Chief Marketing Officer (Americas). He was previously at AllianceBernstein.
