Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management has named Richard Ng as Chief Executive Officer. He is to take over the role from Chew Tuan Chiong who announced his retirement. Ng joined the firm in April 2018 as executive vice-president, head of asset management, overseeing the planning and implementation of asset enhancement strategies for the retail assets in Frasers Property Singapore’s portfolio.

Ex-Goldman Sachs Rob Sweeney has joined Sycamore Partners as President. Previously, he was global head of consumer and retail investment banking at Goldman Sachs.

Wouter Zwetsloot has been promoted to Head of Real Estate in Europe at Cromwell Property Group. He will assume additional responsibilities for the overall property and asset management business in Europe.

Francisco Aristeguieta has joined State Street as Chief Executive Officer for International business in Europe, Middle East, Latin America and Asia Pacific. Before moving to State Street, he was CEO of Citigroup Asia.

Pradinan Arkarachinores has left Julius Baer to join Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director. She was a former executive director and team head for the Thai market at Julius Baer.

Marcus Stollenwerk has been promoted to Market Head for German wealth management at UBS. Before that, he has been head of ultra-rich German domestic clients for the last two and a half years and will add the affluent and high-net worth segments to his new role.

Wells Fargo has hired Cynthia O’Dell as a Senior Wealth Planning Strategist.

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company welcomes Peter Hill as a Managing Director for its Business Services practice. Most recently, he was Managing Director and Head of Busines Services at Mufson Howe Hunter & Company, LLC.


David Lee has been named Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for middle market companies at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.


Uwe Schoberth has been promoted to Global Head of Market Management at QBE. Prior to this, he was global head of major trading partner engagement of the insurance firm.

Peter Newall has joined McLarens as Chairman of Asia. Most recently, he served as head of claims for Asia Pacific at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in Singapore. Newall will relocate to Hong Kong for his new post.

Philip Chan, Network Partner Relationship Manager for Asia Pacific at AXA XL is retiring after 36 years of service. Additionally, Terence Leung, Head of Commercial General Insurance of AXA Hong Kong has left the firm.
