Jeffrey Yen Chieh Peng has joined Deutsche Bank as Managing Director and Head of China Onshore Wealth Management. He will oversee and strengthen the onshore platform, develop and execute long-term expansion strategies and advise on the overall Greater China business. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Peng was managing director and head of strategic alliance at the Bank of Singapore.

Meanwhile, recent exits have been happening at the investment banking business of Deutsche Bank. Among those who just left are: Niru Ravendreen, Head of Central and Eastern Europe and Africa (CEEMEA) credit trading; Bora Dirik, an emerging markets rates trader; Dimitri Rigopoulos, an emerging markets rates trader; Matt Oxley, a director in emerging markets sales; Divya Goel, a director in emerging markets FX sales; and Richard Mirfin, a director in the credit business.

Stephens is expanding its European corporate finance team with the hiring of Simon Tilley as a Managing Director for European sponsor coverage. Tilley joins from Inflexion Private Equity Partners where he served as partner.
