Pablo Salame has joined Citadel to lead its credit business. Before joining Citadel, he was in charge of Goldman Sachs Group’s trading division for ten years. In this new role, Salame will oversee developed and emerging market strategies as well as convertible bond arbitrage activities from the firm’s New York office.

Boutique firm Napoleon Capital partners with BNP Paribas Asset Management to launch a new absolute return quantitative strategy to invest in global equities. The Napoleon World Equities AR Dynamix fund is spearheaded by Arnaud Dartois and former BNP Paribas AM Stéphane Ifrah and Jean-Charles Dudek, who left the group to set up Napoleon Capital. This comes as the first fund amid the partnership between the two groups, which was established a couple of months ago.

Mediolanum International Funds has appointed Damian Barry as Head of Multi-Asset Multi-Management. Barry joins from Seven Investment where he led the multi-asset portfolios.

Tim Munn has been named Chief Investment Officer at Mayfair Capital Investment Management. Before joining Mayfair, Munn spent twenty years at CBRE Global Investors as a member of the UK Executive Committee and head of Inbound Capital.

Ex-Syz Katia Coudray has joined Reyl to head Asteria, a new fund management arm.

Ulrich Gnos has joined Bergos Berenberg. Prior to this, he was a senior client advisor for private wealth clients of Banque Pictet & Cie SA.

IBD / Capital Markets

Managing Director and Head of Fundamental Strategy Themos Fiotakis has left his role at UBS where he stayed for almost five years. He joined the firm as co-head of FX and fixed income research strategy and eventually became head of FX rates and research strategy and then promoted to head of fundamental cross-asset strategy in July 2019.
