Edith Siermann has been appointed as acting Head of the Emerging Markets Debt (EMD) team at NN Investment Partners. She joined the firm in January 2019 as head of fixed income solutions & responsible investing and the management team investments.
Eaton Vance Management has appointed G.R. Nelson as a Portfolio Manager of the following funds effective December 2019: Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Income Fund (NYSE: EOI), Eaton Vance Risk-Managed Diversified Equity Income Fund (NYSE: ETJ), and Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Diversified Equity Income Fund (NYSE: ETY). Nelson is a Vice President of EVM and has been a member of EVM’s Equity team since 2004, where he is currently an equity analyst.
Mandatum Life has created a loan strategy portfolio manager team headed by Alexander Gallotti. Most recently, Gallotti was a portfolio manager covering a similar investment area for Mandatum Life’s parent company Sampo.
Schroders has appointed Sam Gold and Doug Abbott as co-heads of its UK intermediary business to replace Phil Middleton, who will re-locate to the US to lead the North American institutional market. Gold is currently head of intermediary business development in London. Abbott is the firm’s country head in South Africa. They will take over the UK intermediary business at the end of Q1 2020.

Ken Chow and Uday Furtado have been appointed as Co-Head of Asia Equity Capital Markets at Citigroup. Chow has been with Citigroup for four years, most recently as its co-head of Greater China equity capital markets. Furtado rejoins the bank from Goldman Sachs.
Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE has appointed Shanil Williams as Global Head of Financial Lines. He joined the firm in 2016 as global head of commercial for New Zealand.
Chubb has named Grant Cairns as Head of Financial Lines for Asia Pacific. He is replacing Jason Keen who has been recently promoted to President of Global Markets Team division. Cairns has over 15 years of experience at the firm and has worked in Australia and London before joining the Singapore office in 2018. Keen’s new role will be to oversee Chubb’s London market wholesale and specialty business, including the Lloyd’s platform. He will move from Singapore to London.
