Managing Director and Global Strategist Neil Dwane is leaving Allianz Global Investors on June 30. Before his global strategist role, he served as CIO for Europe equity. Global economist and head of macro research Stefan Hofrichter will take on Dwane’s developing macro and economic research responsibilities.

As a result of operations restructuring within Nuveen’s multi asset-class solutions team, Executive Vice President, CIO and Head of Solutions Frank van Etten has left the firm. The portfolio management team will collaborate closely with Nuveen investment teams in order to help large pension funds, insurance companies and other clients solve their complex investment needs.

Neil Parekh has been appointed as Partner and Head of Asia, Australia and New Zealand at Tikehau Capital Singapore effective June. Parekh is presently general manager for Asia at National Australia Bank.

James Lambert has joined Elion Partners as a Managing Director of industrial investments. He will be responsible for overseeing acquisitions of warehouses in high growth core markets such as Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle including assisting with acquisitions in the New York metro area. Prior to Elion Partners, Lambert was a principal and head of real estate for Amazon Logistics, the shipping and delivery service of Amazon.

Investment Director Solomon Nevins has left Architas to pursue other opportunities in the industry. He spent ten years at the firm and will hand over his co-management responsibilities on five funds. Co-manager Mayank Markanday will take on the Architas Real Assets fund, with the support of Shayan Ratnasingam. Jen Causton and Nathan Sweeney will manage the Architas MM Monthly High Income, Architas Diversified Global Income and Architas MM Strategic Bond. Lastly, Causton, Ratnasingam and deputy CIO Sheldon MacDonald will co-manage the Architas Positive Future fund.

Insurance

Chubb has named Guney Celik as Regional Head of Marine for Eurasia & Africa. Prior to this, Celik led the firm’s Marine portfolio in Turkey since 2017.

Robin Spencer has been appointed Chief Executive of Prudential Thailand. He joined PCA in 2018 as chief operating officer and led key transformation projects across the region, focusing on client experience.
