Buyside

Alexandre Bouchardy has been appointed Head of Asset Management Investment Strategy for Switzerland and EMEA at Credit Suisse. He will also he will become a member of the Credit Suisse global investment committee and will chair asset allocation committee Switzerland & EMEA. Prior to this, Bouchardy built the Asian fixed income business in Singapore for the last seven years.

Ex-BlackRock Greg Lapham has joined Savills Investment Management in Hong Kong. He will work on investments across Asia Pacific. Lapham previously served as head of investments for Asia Pacific at BlackRock where he stayed for six years.

Banking

Standard Chartered has named Marnix Zwart its new Global Head of Partnerships within the retail banking division. Zwart previously co-founded GoBear in Singapore and served as chief commercial officer.

Insurance

Swiss Re has appointed Anna Lee as Head of New Business Development in the Property & Casualty department for Southeast Asia, India, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Simon Herbert has joined the firm as Head of Casualty Underwriting. Prior to Swiss Re, Herbert worked for AmGeneral Insurance. Ronnie Tong has joined as Head of P&C Facultative Asia. Tong joins from Asia Capital Re Group. Li Hui Lee has been named Asia Underwriting Propositions Lead. Lee joined the Swiss insurer in 2015.
