Philip Allison has joined Millennium Management as Head of Equities EMEA in London. Previously, Allison was head of automated trading at Morgan Stanley. Ruchit Puri is also a new addition to Millennium’s Hong Kong trading team. Prior to this, Puri was head of stock equity derivatives trading Asia-Pacific at Goldman Sachs.

H.I.G. Capital has appointed John Harper as a Managing Director and Head of London leveraged buyout team. Harper joins from Inflexion where we served as partner.

Lesley Lo has been named Managing Director and Head of Institutional Sales for North Asia at Principal Global Investors. Before that, Lo was an institutional sales director for Asia ex-Japan at MetLife.

Ex-Aberdeen Standard Investments fund manager Alan Rowsell and analyst Imogen Harris have moved to Premier Miton Investors. Both will help launch a global smaller companies fund at Premier Miton.

Robeco has expanded its Asia Pacific team by hiring Brian Kim as Head of Business Development Korea; Denis Resovac as APAC Head of Insurance Strategy; and Rupeng Chen as Director of Client Portfolio Management in the regional quant strategies team.

Rob Santangelo has been appointed as Global Co-Head of healthcare investment banking group at Credit Suisse Group. Santangelo joined the firm in 2007 and was previously global head of equity capital markets (ECM) origination.

Morgan Stanley has appointed Alessandro Mazza as a Managing Director for its leveraged and acquisition finance business in Europe. Before moving to Morgan Stanley, Mazza worked for Credit Suisse where he stayed for 15 years.

Chief Information Officer Neal Pawar has left Deutsche Bank. Pawar joined the German bank less than a year ago from AQR Capital.
