Rachel Green was appointed Vice President and Director of Institutional Sales for UK at Nuveen. Before joining Nuveen, Green was an associate director for institutional sales at Aviva Investors.

BNY Mellon Investment Management named Dawn Tutje as Head of Financial Institutions group in North America. In this role, she will oversee the development of client relationships and sales strategy for BNY Mellon’s multi-asset investment platform within the sub-advisory/insurance, defined contribution investment only, private bank and mega RIA areas. Tutje was previously an executive director and head of subadvisory, DCIO, and clearing and custody platforms at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

Hunter Point Capital appointed Jackie Roberts as Managing Director of ESG. Roberts most recently served as chief sustainability officer at AppHarvest and before that, Carlyle Group’s first chief sustainability officer.

Chris Anker joined RWC Partners as Head of Sustainability and Integration. Anker was previously a senior analyst for investment policy at Columbia Threadneedle Investments.

Haig Bathgate, Head of Portfolio Management at Seven Investment Management, is leaving the firm to pursue new opportunities. Bathgate joined the firm in 2018.


Stephen Raymond joined Sompo International as Vice President, Architects and Engineers. Before Sompo, Raymond spent six years at Ironshore as Assistant Vice President.
