Founders of private equity firm KKR Henry Kravis and George Roberts are stepping down from their CEO roles and will be replaced by Joe Bae and Scott Nuttall. Bae and Nuttall joined the firm in 1996 and have served as co-presidents since 2017. Kravis and Roberts have been dual CEO for 45 years and will continue to chair the board.

William Lewis Jr., a managing director and chairman of investment banking at Lazard, is joining Apollo Global Management as a Senior Partner in private equity and a member of Apollo’s management committee.

AXA Investment Managers has named Mark Hargraves as Global Head of AXA IM Equity. Hargraves is the firm’s current global head of AXA IM Framlington Equities.

Antares CEO David Brackett is retiring from the firm and Timothy Lyne, founding partner and current COO, will step in as replacement effective December 31.

Albert Tse was appointed South Asia CEO at Amundi, replacing  Eric Bramoullé. Most recently, Tse was Amundi’s head of distribution sales and marketing in South Asia since 2019.

T. Rowe Price appointed Theresa McLaughlin as Head of Global Marketing. Prior to this, McLaughlin served as global chief marketing officer at State Street Corp.

Janus Henderson appointed Dan Howe and Oliver Packard as Deputy Head of Investment Trusts and Head of Investment Trust Sales, respectively. Howe joins from JP Morgan Asset Management where he served as executive director of global strategic relationships. Packard was previously an executive director of investment fund sales at Panmure Gordon.

Emily Yoder was named Senior Managing Director, Strategic Relationship at Blackstone. Yoder joined the firm from JPMorgan where she was a managing director in the senior relationship management team.

Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Toronto named Kathryn Fric as Chief Risk Officer, effective November 1. Fric was previously senior vice president, enterprise and operational risk at Sun Life Financial.
